Are you ready to step behind the controller and learn how to move a room with confidence? Foundations to DJ & Curation is a 6-week intensive program designed for Toronto’s next generation of BIPOC creatives, ages 12–29.
Led by Toronto DJ and curator ADROC, this hands-on mentorship program takes you from your first time behind a controller to building, recording, and refining your own DJ set. Over six weeks, participants will learn controller orientation, Rekordbox setup, beatmatching, mixing, transitions, set building, CDJ workflow, live room practice, and curation fundamentals.
Whether you’re brand new to DJing or looking to sharpen your sound, this program gives you access to real studio space, professional tools, one-on-one mentorship, and community support to help you grow with intention.

Step into the heat of creativity with MusicLinks’ League of Sound as you race the clock to flip a surprise sample into a fresh banger. Join fellow producers Thursday, May 15 • 3 PM – 6 PM in the Control Room at Lynx Studio (260 Emerson Ave.) for three hours of focused production, peer feedback, and networking that will push your workflow to the next level.
